Refund policy

Because all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or color changes. 

We include size charts on all of our apparel, so carefully check that you are ordering the correct size before placing your order to avoid any disappointments. 

 

But your happiness matters!

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please email us within 7 days with photos and your order number. Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, as we cannot replace or refund items that have been washed or worn.

We will gladly replace it at no additional cost!

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

When sending your return, be sure to include a note with:

• Your name
• Your order number
• A brief reason for the return
