What is Print-on-Demand? How does it work?

All items in our shop are made especially for you at the time you place your order.

This means:

  • No mass production
  • No inventory sitting in warehouses
  • Fresher, higher-quality products
  • Less waste

Here’s the simple process:

  1. You place an order
  2. Our production partner prints or creates your item
  3. They ship it directly to your home

This is why our items feel more personalized and intentional; and why each piece is created with care

How long does production and shipping take?

Production Time (made-to-order):

  • Blankets and Hooded Blankets:
    3–7 business days
  • Acrylic Gifts : 2–5 business
    days
  • Wall Tapestries: 3–7 business
    days
  • Educational Mats: 3–7
    business days
  • Felt Storage Boxes: 3–7
    business days

Shipping Time:

  • USA: 3–8 business days
  • International: 7–21 business
    days

You’ll receive a
tracking number once your order is on its way.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or color changes.

BUT if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or defective, we will fix it.

Just email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number.

We always want you to be happy with your purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes but only within 12 hours of placing it.

After that, production begins and we can’t stop or alter the order.

My tracking information hasn’t updated, what should Ido?

Sometimes carriers don’t scan packages at every stop.

If more than 5 days pass with no update, contact us and we’ll check on it.

Do you offer personalized items?

Yes! Many products allow personalization such as names, photos, or custom text.

Personalization options will appear directly on the product page.

What if an item arrives separately?

Some products are made in different facilities.

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

No worries this is normal.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us immediately.

If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we can fix it.

If it has already shipped, we can’t change the address.

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

Not yet, but we’re working on it!

You can ship directly to friends and family,
though.
